Spanish 1b

This week, we are still reviewing regular verb infinitives vocabulary from Lessons 2 and 3 and how to conjugate those verbs, and are including 4 irregular verbs: ser, estar, tener and venir.

PARA HACER (To do:)

Spanish 1b –  Your first quiz is NEXT week on Monday, Oct 17 and continued on Tuesday, Oct 18. The Listening and Reading (input) parts are on Monday; the Grammar/Writing and Speaking (output) parts are on Tuesday.  It is on the common verb vocab words and regular ar-er-ir verb conjugation, plus the 4 irregular verbs of ser, estar, tener and venir. Also, your vhlcentral listening activities that were started in class are due on Friday, Oct 14

Spanish 2

This week, we are reviewing irregular verbs from Lecciones 4-6 that we learned last year, which includes irregular verbs like “ir” (to go), stem-changing verbs, verbs irregular in the yo form, “oír”and also using the present progressive to talk about things happening “right now” (-ing tense).

PARA HACER (To do:) Begin studying on Quizlet – there will be a quiz coming up soon on these verbs. Also, your pres. progressive and saber/conocer packets (that you worked on in class) are due on Friday, Oct 14 and your vhlcentral activities are due on Monday, Oct 17.
